Our Process

One Crew, Start to Finish

Every project follows the same four steps, whether it's a full custom home or a single-room remodel. There's no handoff to a different crew halfway through, no surprise subcontractor you've never met — just one team that knows your project from the first walkthrough to the final one.

That consistency is what keeps a job on schedule and on budget. When the same people who planned the work are the ones building it, the details don't get lost in translation between trades. You always know who to call, and we always know where things stand.

Below is how a project moves from the first conversation to the day we hand you the keys — the same way we've done it since 1999.

The Four Steps

From first conversation to final walkthrough

01

Discover

We walk the property or the space with you, talk through what you're trying to build, and get a realistic sense of scope before anything is priced.

02

Plan

We finalize the scope and any design details, then pull the permits your project requires through the local building department.

03

Build

Construction proceeds in sequence — foundation, framing, rough-in, finish work — with regular updates so you know what's happening and when. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are handled by licensed trade contractors we coordinate directly.

04

Complete

We walk the finished space with you before we call the job done, and back the work with a one-year limited workmanship warranty from substantial completion.

A new custom home typically takes 8-12 months start to finish.
